License, Insurance & Liability Waiver

SolGaia Solar is a subsidiary of Plant Strength LLC, a Nevada Limited Liability Company. By using our services, you acknowledge that we don’t touch any of the electrical components of your solar system during our work. Therefore, you waive all rights to take legal action against Plant Strength LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates in the event that we accidentally damage your system. If you suspect that we damaged your system, we have general liability insurance to cover the costs of repairing or replacing parts, although you must provide sufficient substantial evidence proving that the damage was our wrong-doing before we file a claim. We don’t take responsibility for pre-existing damaged or underperforming parts.

Critter Protection Lifetime Warranty

Our critter protection lifetime warranty covers all parts and labor for repairing or replacing manufacturer defects of the guards, improper installation of the guards by SolGaia Solar employees and contractors, and critter removal from resulting failures of the guards for the reasons given above that allow critters to enter beneath the system for the lifetime of our business. It doesn’t prevent critters from landing or getting on your roof, nesting on top of or around your system, nor damage to the guards that’s caused by, including, but not limited to, the homeowner(s) and their guests, employees and contractors from other companies, acts of God, or any other person or cause. In the event of a weather-related incident that causes damage to your guards, please contact your homeowner’s insurance, which should cover the costs of repairs and replacements.

Payment Policy

Clients must pay in-full for our service before we complete our work via cash, check, or online via Stripe using all major credit/debit cards, ACH direct deposit, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Cash App Pay, and Link, as well as Affirm and Klarna, which allow up to 4-6 interest-free split payments upon credit approval for their special financing. There’s a 3% processing tax added to all online payments.

Cancellation Policy

We don’t charge cancellation fees and will fully refund your payment if you cancel at least 24hours before your service date. However, once we complete our work, we don’t provide refunds. If you need to cancel or change your annual cleaning membership, you may cancel or change it whenever you’d like and we’ll complete all remaining cleanings for the year, as scheduled. We don’t provide refunds for unused cleanings.
